Return Policy
In order to ensure your total satisfaction, you may return Victoire Us Inc products in accordance with the return and exchange policy set forth below. Returns of products which are not in compliance with the conditions and timeframes set forth below may be rejected by Victoire Us Inc and will be sent back to you.
We understand the challenges of ordering jewelry online and know it is a very personal decision. Oftentimes it is much easier to make this decision when the jewelry is in your hands, in front of your eyes and tried on.
Online Return Policy:
If you would like to return your purchased item for any reason, please send us an email at newyork@mhdt.net and we will then send you an insured and pre-paid FEDEX label to use for the return shipment. Please note that any item returned must be unworn, in perfect condition, in its original packaging, with all original tags attached, and accompanied by the receipt – and must be sent back to us within 10 days of receiving the order. If these requests are met, we will give you a full refund or alternatively a store credit.
Please note that items purchased on the website cannot be returned in either of our stores. And, conversely, the online return / exchange policy does not apply in our New York store.

We kindly ask you to include all of your contact information in the package along with the return jewelry. We cannot process returns without customer information enclosed.
We process returns the same day they are received and will send an email to confirm. Please note that depending on the billing cycle of your credit card, it may take 2-10 days for the refund to be credited to your account.
Return Process
For online purchases, national returns must be sent via FEDEX and Victoire Us Inc reserves the right to refuse returns that are not made with FEDEX. Customers will take full responsibility for the returns until they are delivered in perfect condition at the premises of Victoire Us Inc. Upon receiving your return, Victoire Us Inc will verify that the returned product satisfies the conditions of the return policy.
You or Gift Recipient, as the case may be, must keep a proof of return shipment, and Victoire Us Inc accepts no liability in the event that such proof cannot be produced. Only merchandise received by Victoire Us Inc will be eligible for exchange, as applicable.
If you wish to exchange the Article, Victoire Us Inc will cover the return costs for shipping the goods sent in exchange of the initial order. If goods are exchanged for a second time, the cost of returning the goods and re-shipment will be payable by you.
Conditions to return a Product
Victoire Us Inc products must be returned in a new and unused state. Personalized products cannot be returned to Victoire Us Inc for exchange or refund.
Please also return the original Marie-Hélène de Taillac box and delivery package, with all its accessories, the Certificate of Authenticity, as applicable, and all other documents, with all protective materials in place and tags and stickers attached to the products. Failure to do so will respectively entitle Victoire Us Inc to to refuse the products returned by the Customer or Gift Recipient.
All returns will be subject to strict Quality Control (QC) by Victoire Us Inc to ensure that the returned products satisfy these requirements.
If the returned product satisfies Quality Control (QC), Victoire Us Inc will proceed with the exchange, as applicable.
Exchanges
Customers may return a product purchased on the E-shop and if the returned product satisfies the conditions of the return policy exchange it for another item. Exchanges are based on stock availability only.
Victoire Us Inc will send you an invoice which specifies the value of the returned product, the price of the item for which the general product has been exchanged and the difference.
Should you return a product for exchange to Victoire Us Inc, you will be entitled to receive a refund of the price difference, if the returned product is more expensive than the exchanged item. If the returned product is less expensive than the exchanged item, you as applicable will be charged the difference in price.
